After the Palisades Fire, Graham learned that many homes ignited far from the wildfire’s front lines from traveling embers entering attics and foundations through oversized mesh vents. Having previously installed Vulcan Vents on custom new construction homes, he immediately recognized the importance of retrofitting existing homes in wildfire-prone areas.
Graham connected with the Vulcan Vents team and was excited to learn about their retrofit vent line. Following several virtual meetings, he traveled to Las Vegas to meet the team in person at the 2025 NAHB International Builders’ Show. After a successful meeting, Graham was invited to tour the manufacturing facility in Loomis, California, where he received a firsthand demonstration of the vents’ advanced technology and design.
The visit reinforced his belief that Vulcan Vents manufacture some of the most effective fire- and ember-resistant vents available—without sacrificing proper airflow.
